Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Master Communicator (Live Leadership), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital learning experiences. Since our products and services are primarily digital courses, AI-based coaching assistants, and online learning journeys, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair while also protecting intellectual property.


1. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All purchases of online courses, digital subscriptions, and AI coaching services are non-refundable once the course or service has been accessed or activated.
  • If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact us at support@liveleadership.in within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an alternative.

2. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of a duplicate payment due to a technical error, we will verify the transaction and process a full refund within 7–10 business days.

3. Subscription Plans

  • If you are on a subscription model, you may cancel your subscription anytime.
  • Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

4. Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered Only If):

  • You were charged twice for the same course.
  • The course was never delivered or activated on your account.
  • You cancel within 24 hours of purchase without accessing any course content.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable digital content, once accessed.
  • Live webinars, coaching sessions, or workshops (unless canceled by us).
  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or discounted sale items.

  • Provide details of your purchase (Order ID, Payment Receipt, Date of Purchase).
  • Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
